    A DESIGNER’S TIP
    Always remember that vacant homes do not sell well. Not only are they cold and uninviting but only 10% of buyers are able to in vision it furnished. Just an upholstered chair, end table, lamp and accessories can do the trick. Compliment with a book open, as being read, a wine glass, adorn the fireplace and bookcase with accessories and you’ll have the prospective buyer in the mood to sit down and want to stay.
